As service and maintenance manager, Keke Kaniho is responsible for scheduling maintenance work, performing various service calls/tasks and small jobs for high-end residences on the Kona-Kohala Coast. Keke is also in charge of implementing safety programs for all construction projects. He is OSHA 30 certified and is highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to safety practices. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a certified installer in Doors in Motion and Automated Openings door systems and has worked with many door manufactures such as Northwest Millworks and Bello's Millwork.

Keke is a family man who was born and raised on the Big Island at their family ranch in Waimea. He has a wife and two boys. Keke spends his free time caretaking for the family ranch, spending time with family and cooking/catering. He has danced hula for 20+ years and is involved in many cultural activities on the island.
